Anaconda is a 2025 American action comedy horror film co-produced and directed by Tom Gormican, who co-wrote it with Kevin Etten. It serves as a reboot of the 1997 film[1] and is the sixth installment in the Anaconda film series. The film stars Paul Rudd, Jack Black, Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello. The plot concerns a group of friends who attempt to remake the 1997 film in the Amazon Rainforest, only to be hunted by a giant and real anaconda.

Anaconda is scheduled to be released by Sony Pictures Releasing in the United States on December 25, 2025.
