Considered to be the 2nd largest and 2nd tallest among the three Pyramids of Giza, Pyramid of Khafre is the tomb of pharaoh Khafre of the Fourth-Dynasty, who ruled between 2558 and 2532 BC. Spanning over a base of 215 meters and rising to a height of 136 meters, this majestic pyramid is coated with Tura limestone.

The structure’s inner portions feature intriguing chambers that have been cut out of limestones. The Pyramid of Khafre has 2 entrances, one lying at the ground level and the other lying at a height of 11 meters.
